TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAXXION.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRAXXION.AI (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

At Traxxion.AI's discretion, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by a reputable arbitration provider, with no class actions or class wide relief.

You may not use, export, or re export the Services except as authorized by U.S. law and any other applicable laws.

15) Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Traxxion.AI concerning the Services and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. No waiver by Traxxion.AI of any breach shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
